A month in Thailand and a year in the making; I am thrilled to announce the release of my new instructional DVD, Basic Fruit and Vegetable Carving. This video features my journey through a Thai Morning market, where I pick out fresh produce, and later walk you through each step of making an edible fruit centerpiece and a beautiful vegetable floral bouquet.
