The Veggy Art School of Food Art is thrilled to have Chef Jean Marc Montjarret back from Los Angeles. Jean Marc is an artist and has mastered not only fruit and vegetable carving, but also has moved onto other artistic mediums such as banana leaf folding, glass painting, and Yes, Soap Carving. Jean Marc is not only talented, but he is also well respected in the carving community and is a patient and gifted teacher.
